Billing, cancellation & Trust and Safety
Payments Accepted
We accept payments via Electronic money transfer, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and cheque. We can arrange for cheques to be picked up.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please provide us at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. We will be happy to accommodate your request without any additional charge.
Trust and Safety
We know how important your home or work environment is to you. All of our employees we hire go through a trial period before they become full time staff. We also make sure thorough criminal background checks are done.
